Key Role Responsibilities
1. Work as part of a supportive Community Team to ensure the property remains well-presented and well-maintained for all residents. Your main focus will be painting and decorating, supported by general maintenance tasks.
2. Painting & Decorating (Primary Focus)
3. Carry out high-quality painting and decorating across apartments and communal areas.
4. Prepare surfaces through filling, sanding, patch repairs, and priming.
5. Maintain stock of paints and decorating materials and ensure efficient planning of works.
6. General Maintenance
7. Complete a range of repairs including basic plumbing, joinery/carpentry, lighting maintenance, and minor fixes.
8. Use TCAS or Base 360 to manage and complete tasks on time and to a high standard.
9. Keep accurate maintenance records in line with company procedures.
10. Support with emergency callouts and coordinate contractors when needed.
11. Ensure communal areas and refuse points are clean, safe, and well maintained.
12. Assist with moving furniture and heavy items around site.
13. Contractor & Compliance
14. Coordinate and supervise contractors, ensuring compliance with RAMS and permits.
15. Accompany contractors on site and support with secure key management.
16. Ensure annual checks on contractor insurance and qualifications are completed.
