We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Mobile Plant Fitter to join our growing team. Based out of Newton-le-Willows, you’ll be trained to become a specialist Vacuum Excavator Fitter, maintaining and repairing our industry-leading fleet.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled fitter or mechanic looking to move into a specialist area with full training provided.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on Vacuum Excavators
* Diagnosing faults and ensuring equipment is operating at peak performance
* Travelling nationwide to support our fleet on customer sites
* Occasionally staying away from home when required (accommodation provided)
* Representing the company professionally while working independently
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working on plant, HGVs, or heavy machinery
* A desire to develop into a Vacuum Excavation specialist (full training given)
* Comfortable with nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays
* Holds a full UK driving licence
* Own tools required
* Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
