I’m working with a well-established company in the mixed-signal IC space, and we’re looking for someone with a strong technical background in ASIC design who’s ready to step into a project management role. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who’s passionate about the bigger picture and keen to develop their skills in project leadership. You’ll need to be comfortable moving away from hands-on design work, as this role is all about driving projects forward, not doing the design yourself.
You’ll be supporting and leading IC development projects from initial concept through to production, working with a collaborative and experienced team. This includes coordinating across digital, analog, and mixed-signal design teams to keep everything on track and aligned with business and customer goals.
Support and manage end-to-end project activities for mixed-signal IC development
Help implement solid project management processes and contribute to continuous improvement
Identify potential risks and help resolve any blockers to keep projects moving
Learn and apply best practices from previous projects to improve future outcomes
Strong background in ASIC design (digital, analog, or mixed-signal)
Some experience supporting or coordinating technical projects, or a keen interest in making the move into project management
Familiarity with project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) is a bonus
Company promotes a good work life balance with flexibility
Get stuck into exciting projects and take that next step in your career without losing touch with the world of cutting-edge IC development
If you’re an ASIC design engineer who’s ready to move into a broader project leadership role, let’s have a chat—this could be a brilliant next step.
