Job Description PERSON SPECIFICATION : Industry knowledge and experience People Management and leadership skills Good analytical skills Excellent communicator Good organisational skills IT Literate, in particular Microsoft Office CORE ACTIVITIES: Manage the nominated Major Account customers as allocated to you. Produce and update as required: SLA’s and KPI reports for the relevant Major Account customers and ensure that these are distributed to customers and the service team. Ensure adherence of SLA’s set, with the aim in exceeding standards. By analysing loss making information identify problem areas and implement corrective actions/recommendations to improve profitability Set up AIM contacts (for out of area 3rd party suppliers) and communicate as necessary For Major accounts ensure that:- 1. New trucks are correctly set up and contracts start on the correct date, grouped invoices are set up if required, customer fleet schedules are updated. 2. Delivery schedules are circulated to the necessary depots. 3. Administer early terminations and contract novations/addendums. 4. Resolve any invoice queries. 5. Coordinate truck delivery/installation between Sales & Operations. 6. Where necessary liaise with other suppliers. 7. Ensure that 3rd Party suppliers (other dealers) are meeting our service requirements/guarantees and take corrective action where improvement is required. 8. Implement a reporting procedure to ensure that other depots meet our service requirements/guarantees. 9. Own the data that is shared with customers. Carry out Site Reviews with major customers within agreed timescales. Own customer reviews. Identify training requirements/recommendations. Promote other areas of the group. To perform any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time within the scope of your knowledge, skills and ability.
