An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor with around 3 years' PQE to join a highly regarded and growing corporate team.
Working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers, you will advise a broad client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurs, and larger corporate organisations on a wide range of transactional matters.
The Role
You will handle a varied caseload including:
1. Mergers and acquisitions
2. Share and asset sales/purchases
3. Corporate restructures
4. Shareholder agreements
5. Joint ventures
6. General corporate advisory work
7. Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to develop their technical expertise and client relationship skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
8. Approximately 3 years' PQE in corporate law
9. Experience gained within a reputable corporate team
10. Strong drafting and negotiation skills
11. Excellent attention to detail
12. Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach
13. The ability to manage transactions with minimal supervision
14. Strong communication and client care skills
