Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the quality of care provided by both qualified and unqualified care staff. * Assist the Manager in implementing policies, procedures, and achieving business goals. * Create and maintain staff duty rotas to ensure proper staffing levels at all times. * Monitor the well being of residents, identifying any changes that affect their care, updating care plans accordingly, and ensuring new needs are addressed. * Serve as the primary contact for residents, families, visitors, and healthcare professionals, ensuring requests are addressed promptly and concerns or complaints are investigated and resolved. Candidate Requirements: * Experience: At least 2 years experience within an elderly nursing home. * Personal Qualities: A compassionate and patient nature with a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of elderly residents. * Skills: A passion for providing high-quality care and supporting a positive team environment. * Flexibility: Ability to work 12 and a half hour shifts (07:00am - 19:15pm), including alternate weekends and holidays, supernumerary shift (07:00am - 18:00pm) Recommendations: Compass Associates Ltd is acting as the Recruitment Consultant for this permanent position.
