Job Description
3. Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
4. Manage calendars and schedule meetings
5. Prepare meeting documents and take minutes
6. Coordinate travel arrangements
7. Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls
8. Prepare reports and presentations
9. Handle confidential information with discretion
10. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
11. Excellent organisational skills
12. Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
13. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
15. Experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector
16. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
