Location : Windsor Leisure Centre
Reporting to: Lead Receptionist
Contract type: Full time/ Permanent
Salary: £12.21-£12.71 p/h
About the job:
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Windsor Leisure Centre. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who visits the centre. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in delivering excellent customer service, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Welcoming customers and visitors to the leisure centre.
* Managing bookings for activities, classes, and facilities.
* Handling membership enquiries and payments.
* Providing information about programmes, activities, and services.
* Answering phone and email enquiries.
* Supporting the day-to-day administration of the centre.
* Ensuring the reception area is welcoming, organised, and professional.
* Supporting the wider team to ensure excellent customer experiences.
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, approachable, and professional.
* Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
* Comfortable using IT systems .
* Well organised with strong attention to detail.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods.
* Experienced in reception, hospitality, retail, or customer service (desirable).

DBS requirement:
As per the nature of this role, requires a DBS check.
