Location: Fully onsite at Customer Location in Central London
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: 24/7 (12 hour and 6 hour shifts) on a 5 week rotation. Including bank holidays.

What you’ll do
You will be part of the VBSE Assure team in a Network Management Centre supporting and providing 2nd line operational support to a dedicated customer
In addition, you will provide expert technical services focusing on IP elements within the VBSE network
You will:
1. Undertake Assure team maintenance and fault work in accordance with customer service level agreements.
2. Undertake remote provide/ commissioning work on TIP and equipment deployed on customer and network sites to current specifications.
3. Deal effectively /efficiently with queries from customers.
4. Perform regular audits on the networks and systems.
5. Provide technical support to others in the department and to customers. Make recommendations to VBSE management on complex technical matters.
Who you are
You will
6. Be able to maintain Customer confidentiality and ability to hold security clearance.
7. Have an in-depth knowledge of IP networking, switching and routing in a telecom’s provider environment.
8. Have an awareness of configuration of Cisco IP/Ethernet equipment.
9. Have a clear and analytical approach to problem management.
10. Have an understanding of ITIL working practices
11. Be eligible for DV Clearance
