A market-leading £1 billion UK distribution group is offering an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Graduate Area Sales Manager to join their growing team in Wednesbury.
This role is ideal for a graduate with a minimum of 2 years' sales experience who is looking to accelerate their career in a fast-paced, customer-focused B2B environment.
You'll be joining a leading super distributor of electrical products, part of a global group employing over 1,700 people across the UK. With consistent year-on-year growth and a strong reputation in the market, they are a key supplier to the UK electrical wholesale sector and are committed to developing future leaders within the business.
Role Responsibilities
* Proactively identify and win new business opportunities within your territory
* Develop and grow strong relationships with existing accounts
* Manage your own diary and plan customer visits effectively
* Present products and tailored solutions confidently to a wide range of B2B customers
* Work towards and exceed sales and profitability targets
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity within your area
* Represent the business professionally in the field

Requirements
* A degree in any discipline
* A minimum of 2 years' sales experience (any sector considered)
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong drive and ambition
* The confidence to build relationships and win new business
* Good commercial awareness and a desire to progress into senior sales leadership
* Strong communication, organisational and time management skills
* A full UK driving licence
