The role: Bid Admin Assistant
💼 Salary: Up to £40,000📍 Location: Hybrid – WFH + Reading or Central London office📅 Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Bid Team Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent position with the flexibility to work from either our Reading or Central London office, as well as from home.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our Bid Manager with the preparation and submission of high-quality tender documents. You’ll work closely with suppliers, project teams, and senior management to ensure all bid documentation, drawings, and technical details are compiled accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organise and compile tender documentation and client folders
* Review and print tender drawings, producing equipment take-offs for quotation
* Prepare and format technical submittals and pre-qualification questionnaires
* Request and manage supplier quotations to support bid pricing
* Assist with presentation materials for client meetings and tender submissions
* Attend pre-tender site surveys and support the Bid Manager as required
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative, project support, or bid coordination role
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across departments and with suppliers
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience within the security industry is preferred but not essential
