Job Description:
We’re looking for a Regional Recruitment & Talent Manager to join Loungers Ltd. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for site management positions across the Northern region, from Liverpool to Newcastle, covering approximately 60 sites. Your role involves attracting top external talent, engaging candidates, and talent planning.
You will collaborate with Operations Managers and Regional Operations Managers to fill key vacancies, support other hard-to-fill roles, and help reduce turnover by understanding employee exit reasons. Your focus will be on finding the right talent, delivering excellent candidate experiences, and supporting new site openings.
Responsibilities include:
* Building partnerships with regional managers to understand recruitment needs
* Proactively sourcing candidates and managing their experience
* Utilizing ATS effectively and coaching managers on its use
* Monitoring market pay and talent insights and providing feedback
* Using job boards, media, and talent pools to attract candidates
* Reporting on recruitment activities and progress
* Driving social media recruitment and employer branding
* Building relationships with candidates through the recruitment process
* Supporting selection for new site openings and key positions
* Training managers on assessment methods
* Organizing regional hiring events
* Conducting exit interviews to improve retention
* Supporting talent planning and internal mobility
* Analyzing reports to improve retention strategies
* Promoting company initiatives like the Referral Programme
About You:
* Experience in hospitality recruitment at a similar level
* Strong candidate relationship skills and passion for candidate experience
* Knowledge of best hiring practices, including attraction, screening, and onboarding
* Familiarity with Loungers brands is a plus
* Excellent spotting of potential and personality
* Driven, resilient, and detail-oriented
* Effective communicator and stakeholder manager
* Self-motivated and able to work under tight deadlines
