A leading international consulting firm is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and personable Office Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of its central London office. Working closely with the Office Manager and wider business support teams, you’ll ensure the office remains a welcoming and efficient environment for staff and clients alike. From supporting internal events to handling supplies, logistics, and hospitality, this is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in supporting others. Must be able to start immediately. Key Responsibilities include: Opening and preparing the office each day Greeting guests and coordinating deliveries, post, and couriers Managing office supplies, kitchen stock, and general upkeep Support the Marketing team with materials for events Assist with new joiner inductions Upholding health & safety and supporting general office operations Assist with booking hotels for internal staff and external clients Support logistics for internal and external events Assist with planning and delivery of UK and International Away Days What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in an office or facilities support role A service-driven mindset and a friendly, can-do attitude Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle varied tasks Comfortable with hands-on work and occasional lifting/setup Confident using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, etc.)
