Role Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused and enthusiastic Deskside Support Engineer to support our client in Luton. The ideal candidate should be technically competent, possess good communication skills, be eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced regulated environment.
The role involves supporting desktops, connected devices, network printers, network hardware, and server hardware in an Hands & Eyes manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing wide-ranging Deskside support to end users in office environments.
* Resolving issues accurately and efficiently within set targets and professionally.
* Maintaining service quality and customer experience.
* Taking ownership of escalated tickets and handling them appropriately.
* Documenting all activities in line with ITIL practices and contributing to Knowledge Base Articles.
