You’ll be working within the Affiliate Enablement Team, the driving force which enables the UK business to operationalise strategy and tactics to give our patients and customers the best options available. Responsibilities You will project manage multiple activities at any one time which meet objectives from conception to completion, working within the Affiliate or Squad You will be accountable for the delivery of projects and initiatives which you initiate and to which you are aligned. You will drive excellence in operational projects; customer engagements, meeting and events and excel with business processes and systems across therapy areas You will demonstrate financial Acumen - managing and reporting on spend for aligned therapy area You will empower a drive towards appropriate organisation wide self-service supporting through training and enabling the right processes Who you are You are an enthusiastic, capable and self-driven professional with solid customer and stakeholder awareness, you should be capable of identifying unmet customer needs and developing effective and creative solutions to address those needs. We are looking for someone who is system-savvy and who can apply critical thinking and create collaborative relationships across the organisation.
