Job Description
Join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team working with Data Centre clients across Europe, including Hyperscale, Colocation, and Enterprise projects. Projects are led from our UK-based data centre team, collaborating with local and global teams to ensure successful delivery.
We seek a candidate with a strong technical background in the DC sector to lead multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering projects at a senior level. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, internal governance, risk, and project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
The role offers flexibility within the UK/Ireland, with requirements to travel across Europe. Local residence or willingness to relocate is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading a portfolio of data centre projects across Europe
* Managing client and internal teams, governance, and compliance
* Coordinating bids and supplier requests
* Leading meetings, financial reviews, and reporting
* Ensuring quality and resource management across projects
Candidate Profile:
* Chartered Engineer or equivalent with data centre expertise
* Experience in leading complex, multi-disciplinary design projects
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Commercial acumen in risk, governance, and profitability
* Willingness to travel within UK/Ireland and Europe
Qualifications:
* Deep understanding of building systems, regulations, contracts
* Proficiency with Revit, Microsoft Office, digital platforms
* Knowledge of design workflows in fast-paced environments
* Valid driving license and ability to manage priorities
