Oversee all activities conducted by the Digital Support & Engagement Team, ensuring alignment with the organisation's Digital Strategy.
Work within the Digital Transformation Team to automate, implement, and integrate processes, enabling staff to be fully trained and regularly reviewed.
Ensure all materials related to Digital and Business Applications owned by the GHC Digital Services Team are available (including online booking forms, user guides, web-based digital development materials, Intranet & Portal Pages, video recordings) and reviewed regularly to keep them up-to-date with technological changes.
Champion digital development confidently, focusing on new technologies, and assist colleagues in maximizing the use of our application offerings.
Collaborate with the Head of Digital Transformation to ensure the Digital Strategy is executed through relevant digital projects and change programs.
This role is crucial in managing support for staff regarding complex Digital and IT systems, communicating in language appropriate to their technical understanding, in conjunction with the outputs of the Organisation's Digital Literacy programme.
