Telling the story behind the numbers
preparing and reviewing monthly revenue and GP reports, pulling out the trends, and explaining the why behind the results.
Keeping reconciliations clean
owning accrued and deferred income accounts, resolving discrepancies quickly, and keeping aged items from piling up.
Partnering across the business
working closely with commercial and delivery teams on revenue treatment, and being a trusted voice for Finance, Commercial, and Operations.
Driving improvements
finding smarter, faster ways of doing things, whether thats through automation, better processes, or sharper reporting.

supporting and developing your team so they grow with the business, with clear goals and regular feedback.
