The Belfry Hotel & Resort is an award‑winning hotel, home to over 300 luxurious bedrooms and suites, several restaurants and bars, events and meetings spaces, a leisure club and spa. Our three world‑class golf courses, including The Brabazon, host this year’s Betfred British Masters. The on‑target earning potential for this role is a £32,821.84 annual salary, comprising a base salary of £31,221.84 supplemented by an estimated £1,600 in gratuities per annum.
As a People Advisor, you will support our people strategy, ensuring a positive and engaging workplace culture. You will provide guidance on employee relations, learning and development, and engagement initiatives while delivering a seamless and supportive experience for our teams. Partnering with the People Manager, you’ll help drive key HR functions, from delivering training sessions to supporting wellbeing, recognition, and compliance.
