Job Opportunity: Estates and HSQE Manager
RSR is currently recruiting an experienced Estates and HSQE (Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment) Manager for a permanent, full-time position with a Police Force based in Leek Wootton, Warwickshire.
The salary for this role ranges from £56,073.00 to £59,688.00 per annum, depending on experience.
Applicants must successfully pass national security checks prior to employment, which can take several weeks.
Job Profile:
Implement and manage Warwickshire Police and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner's estate, health and safety, quality, sustainability, and security strategies. Act as a lead advisor to ensure that the OPCC's estates portfolio remains fit for the future.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead the implementation and delivery of the 5-10-year estates asset management, HSQE, environmental, and security strategies, utilizing KPIs, legislation, market intelligence, and risk assessments.
2. Build strong collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
3. Oversee estate project management, including surveys, planning permissions, tendering, contracts, and risk management.
4. Supervise planning activities for new constructions, refurbishments, and modifications to existing facilities.
5. Manage estates project budgets, ensuring value for money through negotiation and cost control.
Experience Requirements:
* Experience in implementing strategies within HSQE and estates contexts, understanding organizational dynamics.
* Extensive estates management experience within complex organizations.
* Chartered membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) or equivalent in health and safety and facilities management.
