Van Driver / Counterbalance Driver
Location: Leamington Spa
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm (flexibility to start from 6:00am)
Pay Rate: £12.56 per hour
Contract: Long-term opportunity
Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Leamington Spa for an experienced Van Driver / Counterbalance Forklift Driver. This is a long-term position offering stability and the opportunity to work within a well-established and growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out van driving duties, including deliveries to London using a Transit van.
Undertake counterbalance forklift operations within the warehouse in Leamington Spa.
Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and to schedule.
Adhere to all health and safety and company procedures.
Requirements:
Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in date and accredited).
Previous experience in both van driving and warehouse/forklift operations.
Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Punctual, reliable, and flexible to start earlier when required (from 6:00am).
