Role: Production Manager

Our priority is vegetable processing, with a capacity of up to 100 tonnes per week across chilled, frozen, retail, and bulk formats, supporting a diverse range of partners including recipe box providers, restaurants, retailers, and food banks. We offer comprehensive high- and low-risk packing capabilities, from marinated mushroom processing to dairy, mushroom, and pizza packing for retail and foodservice customers. With no minimum orders, bespoke batch runs, and a focus on sustainability, we help partners stay agile, reduce waste, and provide customer-focused solutions that benefit both businesses and communities.
Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site position for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the food packing facility, including managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, supervising staff, and working closely with other departments to ensure operational efficiency. Key responsibilities also include managing inventory, implementing process improvements to meet production targets, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining industry standards.
Qualifications:

* Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards, particularly in food processing
* Strong leadership and team management skills
