Stock Condition SurveyorContract: 3 monthsDay rate: up to £300 per dayLocation: West Sussex, hybrid working availableStart Date: ASAPOverviewWe are working with a well-established social housing provider who are seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor on a 3-month contract. The focus of this role is to support the organisation in assessing the condition and remaining life of key housing components while capturing accurate asset data, including energy efficiency information.Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake stock condition surveys across residential propertiesAssess the age, condition and remaining lifespan of key components, including:KitchensRoofsWindows and doorsOther main building elementsRecord component data to support lifecycle planning and future investment programmesCollect energy efficiency data, including:Loft insulation levelsWindow and door specifications and measurementsEnsure all survey data is accurate, consistent and uploaded to the relevant asset management systemIdentify any immediate maintenance or compliance concerns during inspectionsSupport the wider asset management team with data validation and reporting where requiredRequirementsExperience working as a Stock Condition Surveyor within social housing or a similar environmentStrong understanding of building components and lifecycle assessmentExperience collecting and reporting on asset and energy efficiency dataFamiliarity with asset management systems and mobile data capture toolsGood attention to detail and ability to produce accurate survey recordsFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicleDesirableKnowledge of SAP or EPC-related data collectionExperience working on planned maintenance or asset investment programmesFor more information, please contact Branwen Johns on 07458 163 873 or email your CV.TPBN1_UKTJ
