Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per year (depending on qualification and experience)
Contract: Full time over 4 or 5 days.

Are you an enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner or Early Years Educator looking for your next exciting opportunity in Brentwood, Essex? We’re working with a nursery who have a warm, supportive, and long-standing team of childcare professionals and they're now looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Practitioner to join them.

What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
Delivering high-quality care in a stimulating environment
Planning and implementing engaging activities to encourage growth and curiosity
Safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare at all times
Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Observing and recording children’s progress and sharing updates with senior staff
What They're Looking For
Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
Experience working in a Nursery or Early Years setting
Knowledge of the EYFS and child development
A warm, caring, and creative approach to working with young children
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to continuous professional development
Desirable
Paediatric First Aid certificate
SEN or Behaviour Management training
Experience supporting children with additional needs
