We have an opportunity for a Clinical Lead Pre-Assessment to join their team of staff in the Pre-Assessment department.
This is a full- time role for 37.The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.
*Supervise and support nursing staff, allocating duties based on patient need, competency, and development goals.
* Actively manage rotas, annual leave, and study leave to maintain service continuity.
* Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
* Proven experience in a senior nursing or supervisory leadership role.
* Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
* Evidence of continued professional development and competency in advanced nursing practice.
