Junior Project Manager Working in partnership with Thames Water to deliver fantastic infrastructure projects that make a real difference for current and future generations, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team. You will initially be supporting the delivery of projects such as Pangbourne within the Thames Valley region. Flexibility is important, as site locations may change depending on project programmes. What You Will Be Doing * Support the Project Manager in the successful delivery of projects under the Thames Water Framework. * Assist with managing health and safety, design, customer relations, quality, programme, and cost/value during both planning (ECI phase) and delivery stages. * Help monitor progress of onsite and offsite activities against deadlines and budgets. * Contribute to maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and customers. * Work with the site team to ensure high standards of organisation, tidiness, and compliance. * Support the adoption of innovative approaches such as offsite construction, Lean, and digital tools. * Help with producing project documentation, reports, and forecasts. What We Will Need From You * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively. * A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. * Some experience (or strong interest) in construction, engineering, or project management. * Eagerness to learn about modern construction methods (MMC), digital tools (BIM), and Lean project delivery. * IT literacy (Word, Excel, Project, etc.) is essential. * SMSTS safety qualification and relevant CSCS card (or willingness to work towards these). * HNC or equivalent qualification in a construction/manufacturing/engineering subject desirable, but not essential. * A proactive attitude with the drive to develop into a future Project Manager.
