Salary: £13.21 per hour (OTE £15.75 per hour, including tronc)
Hours: 35 hours per week, over 5 days

About the Role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will create an exciting work atmosphere focused on family, fun, and community. You will support the Restaurant Manager, supervise the performance of the team, and ensure every guest has a positive experience. In the Restaurant Manager's absence, you will lead the food and beverage service. Good communication and people‑management skills are essential, as is the ability to work confidently in a detail‑oriented yet informal environment.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
* Supervise team performance and guest experience.
* Lead food and beverage service when the Restaurant Manager is absent.
* Maintain communication and people‑management skills.
* Ensure service runs smoothly with attention to detail.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar role within a busy restaurant.
* Strong communication and people‑management skills.
* Confidence and ease in a detail‑oriented environment.
