Base pay range
We are delighted to be partnering with a valued, repeat client in Beaconsfield. Following their relocation to a rural setting, we're looking for a Finance Assistant who is able to drive and attend the office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
* Inputting purchase and utilities invoices into COINS
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Creating payment runs and BACS requests
* Processing company expenses, ensuring expenses are authorised by appropriate managers
* Reconciling utilities and council tax invoices
* Reconciling Credit Card Statements and entering journal into COINS
* Review aged purchase ledger with Senior Finance Assistant and investigate discrepancies
* Raising purchase orders, completing due diligence when above 1K
* Setting up suppliers & subcontractors on COINS
* Providing support to the wider finance team as required
* Ad-hoc tasks as required
The Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years’ in a similar Purchase Ledger / Finance Assistant role
* Construction/housebuilding sector experience
* Previous use of COINS system preferred
* Able to prioritise own workload to meet deadlines
* A team player with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
