We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Manager to assume full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our client's manufacturing facility. Your role will encompass all aspects of production, aiming to drive operational efficiency and leading your team to deliver consistent, high-quality output.
As Manufacturing Manager you will be:
Overseeing daily manufacturing operations
Implementing manufacturing schedule/programme, reviewing and adjusting the schedule where needed to meet project delivery dates
Leading the production team, ensuring clear communication, training and performance and day-to-day scheduling of working hours
Ensuring full compliance with health and safety legislation, company safety protocols and maintaining a clean, safe and organised factory environment
Managing and maintaining ISO standards, ensuring compliance with ISO and industry-specific accreditations
Working closely with other divisions
Managing the overall facility, including building services, utilities, and site maintenanceAre you:
Manufacturing Manager, Operations Manager, Production Manager (or similar) with proven experience in a manufacturing environment with responsibility for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost
Able to demonstrate your experience of managing and leading a manufacturing team
Knowledgeable and experienced in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques and able to produce and manage production programmes
Able to demonstrate your knowledge of panelised systems and read technical drawings
Familiar with Health, Safety and Environmental regulations
Excellent at planning and organisation?
