We're looking for a Caretaker to joinour Maintenance team based at Taverham High School in Norwich.
Location: Norwich.
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (40 hours per week).
What will you be responsible for?
As a Caretaker, you'll be working within the facilities team,supporting them in repairs and maintenance across the site.
Your Day To Day Will Include
* Reporting building maintenance issues through the Kier Helpdesk.
* Carrying out building fabric repairs, adjustments, maintenance, installations, and removals
* Unblocking toilets, changing light bulbs, changing locks and painting.
* Accepting deliveries and distributing parcels.

* You are able to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
* You have previous experience of working in a caretaker/porter role desired but not essential.
