We’re looking for an Account Manager to manage the relationship between Reuters News and the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). As Account Manager, you'll serve as a supporting liaison between Reuters News and LSEG, fostering strong, strategic relationships and ensuring exemplary client satisfaction across financial markets coverage. This position requires a collaborative mindset and a deep understanding of the financial sector, supporting the delivery and expansion of Reuters News services tailored to LSEG’s needs.
In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our relationship with the London Stock Exchange Group, contributing to the delivery of trusted information that powers global financial decision-making.
About The Role
 * As LSEG Account Manager at Thomson Reuters, you will:
 * Act as the day-to-day supporting contact for the LSEG account, managing communications and requests with professionalism and responsiveness.
 * Drive support for regular governance activities (e.g. regular partnership meetings; customer surveys) to ensure continued progress against priorities.
 * Cultivate relationships and expand the Reuters network within LSEG, striving to enhance customer satisfaction and trust.
 * Develop and implement account strategies that support both retention and value expansion, working proactively to identify and address client needs.
 * Prioritise initiatives to strengthen and grow the Reuters–LSEG relationship, surfacing opportunities that align with client goals. Coordinate with internal Reuters Product and Editorial teams to deliver on our priorities, ensuring the highest standard of news and market intelligence.
 * Identify opportunities for service improvement, renewal, and value expansion (such as upsell/cross-sell), while maintaining a non-sales advisory approach.
 * Ensure seamless delivery of all aspects related to invoicing and contracts. Where possible, support new ways to improve these processes, leveraging AI or other automations.
 * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of financial markets, Reuters News services, and LSEG’s evolving requirements.
About You
 * Demonstrable experience in account management, preferably within financial markets or news/media organisations.
 * Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at all organisational levels.
 * Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
 * Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively across product, editorial, and client-focused teams.
 * Strong understanding of financial markets, the London Stock Exchange, and the information needs of institutional clients.
