We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and forward-thinking Family and Friends Team as a Senior Social Worker.
As part of our commitment to innovation and early intervention, we are developing our approach to the Early Identification of Family and Friends Carers. This initiative aims to secure stable, long-term care arrangements within children's extended family networks, helping to achieve permanence at the earliest opportunity.
We are currently recruiting for two Senior Social Worker positions, each offering a unique focus:
* Role 1 - Review & Quality Development Focus
This role will concentrate on reviewing the approval status of Family and Friends Foster Carers, while also contributing to quality development initiatives that enhance our service delivery.
This role will involve working alongside other Senior Social Workers, managing a varied caseload and supporting the team in delivering high-quality assessments and support to families.
