Key Responsibilities:-

ï· Record accurate inventory records using Excel spreadsheet along with BBD dates / quantities available in
the Production / Warehouse locations.
ï· Record any stock items damaged or nearing its expiry Operational Duties
ï· Ensure proper storage and labelling of products are done by the production team
ï· Follow FIFO principles (especially for perishable or dated items)
ï· Complete inventory reports for management (usage, variances, expired items)
ï· Submit the report on online team’s folder before end of shift
ï· Manage damaged, expired, or obsolete stock Compliance & Control
ï· Prevent loss, theft, or misplacement of stock
ï· Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
ï· Work closely with Inventory Controller, warehouse, production and labelling teams

What you’ll need:

ï· Attention to detail
ï· Basic math and analytical skills
ï· Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets / Microsoft Outlook / emails
ï· Organization and time management
ï· Ability to work under pressure and in production facility ambient
ï· Ensure proper storage conditions, labelling, and hygiene standards
