Senior Legal Counsel

As Senior Legal Counsel, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the business to deliver strong commercial outcomes across a diverse portfolio of projects and supplier arrangements. You’ll support ongoing innovation within a complex, multi-regulated environment and help shape the legal frameworks that underpin a broad suite of essential consumer products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive commercial outcomes by supporting a wide range of high-value commercial projects and key supplier agreements.
2. Work closely with key teams to develop solutions that effectively manage legal and regulatory risk while advancing the company’s strategic goals.
3. Provide mentorship, guidance and technical expertise to junior members of the legal team on complex commercial matters.
4. Advise on commercial, technology and SaaS contracts across multiple business lines.
