As a Team Leader in Village Pub & Grill, you will lead the Pub & Grill teams, support and motivate a friendly, energetic crew to deliver outstanding customer service, manage shift operations and create enjoyable experiences for guests.
Responsibilities
* Lead by example and drive performance and energy across the team.
* Welcome customers, deliver service and ensure guests leave satisfied.
* Manage shift operations, keep the team coordinated and upbeat, especially during busy times.
* Support team members, provide coaching and maintain a positive working environment.
* Contribute to a vibrant atmosphere with screens for game viewing and special event support.
