What you’ll be doing: Leading the NPD process to deliver exciting, profitable menus for ASDA Cafes. Owning the Food Development process, ensuring photoshoots, show-and-tells, and launches are seamless. Partnering with suppliers and supply chain teams to deliver innovative products on time and on budget. Forecasting seasonal ranges to minimise stock risks while keeping offers fresh and relevant. Creating and maintaining recipes, costings, and operational support materials. Keeping a close eye on food trends and market insights to inspire new ideas. Building strong relationships across teams and supporting large-scale site changes when needed. What we’re looking for: A proven track record in foodservice operations and product development. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance creativity with cost control. Confident communicator with excellent analytical and organisational skills. Experience in multi-site operations and delivering consistent results. Someone who can inspire trust, build partnerships, and bring fresh ideas to the table. Why join us?
