What you’ll be doing
* Support the Team: Work alongside the General Manager to lead and inspire the team, ensuring top-notch service and that every customer leaves satisfied.
* Keep the Burgers Rolling: Oversee daily operations, from ensuring kitchen efficiency to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
* Drive the Business: Assist in implementing strategies to boost sales, manage costs, and keep GBK the go-to spot for burger lovers.
* Customer Experience: Ensure guests have a brilliant time from arrival to the last bite of their burger.
* Step Up When Needed: Be ready to take charge in the General Manager’s absence, demonstrating leadership and keeping operations on track.
* Contribute to the Vibe: Help create a fun, relaxed environment for customers and staff.
What you bring
* Experience: Some supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
* Leadership Potential: A natural leader who can support and motivate the team while learning from the best.
* People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for helping customers and supporting colleagues.
* Business Know-How: Understanding of the basics of running a successful business and eagerness to develop further.
