Position: Meeting and Events Operations Supervisor

The Role:
As a Meeting and Events Operations Supervisor, you will oversee meeting and events operations to ensure excellent guest experiences. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, assisting with departmental targets, and performing tasks to the highest standards, such as:
* Supervising Meeting and Events operations
* Communicating and delegating based on daily function sheets
* Working across all areas including Bar, Restaurant, and Room Service
* Welcoming guests politely and professionally
* Following cash handling procedures
* Managing guest queries efficiently
* Maintaining cleanliness of work areas
* Planning and controlling daily operations
* Ensuring brand standards are met
* Representing team needs
* Supporting F&B in achieving financial goals
* Training and developing team members
* Participating in performance appraisals
* Adhering to security, fire, health and safety, and licensing laws
* Being environmentally conscious
* Supporting other departments as needed
