Location: Irlam
Salary: £475 - £500 weekly dependant on experience and qualifications.

Outstanding Sports and Arts Therapy Assistant required for Irlam!
We are looking for a Sports and Arts Therapy Assistant to support children with complex needs who are currently in a mainstream primary school setting.
This role is ideal for someone who can use arts, drama, or sports-based approaches to positively engage pupils and help them regulate their emotions and redirect them into a positive mindset and get back on track with their learning.
Requirements
The requested skillset the desired Early Years Teaching Assistant you will require;
1. Work with children who require a specialist and creative approach to learning and behaviour support
2. Use arts, drama, movement, or sports activities to help diffuse situations and redirect behaviour
3. Support pupils with emotional regulation and engagement in the classroom
4. Build positive relationships with children who may struggle with traditional classroom approaches
