Senior Care Assistant – Walstead Place

Key Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate and high‑quality care to residents, assisting with daily living activities and medication management.
* Support the care team, mentoring and developing team members.
* Encourage growth and development within the team, taking a leadership role.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or equivalent role in a care setting.
* Relevant care qualification, such as an NVQ or QCF in Health and Social Care.
Pay & Hours
* Full time – 48 hours per week, Night shifts, alternating weekends.
* Part time – 30 hours per week, Day shifts, alternating weekends.
* £13.95 per hour.
