What You’ll Be Doing
* Own and deliver the IT strategy and roadmap, aligned to commercial growth
* Take full accountability for systems, infrastructure and day-to-day technology operations
* Lead cyber security, data protection and compliance, ensuring robust, scalable controls
* Drive performance and evolution of the ERP landscape, including future system selection
* Define and govern the overall technology architecture across platforms and integrations
* Build and scale a modern data capability (warehouse, pipelines, reporting)
* Manage and optimise third-party technology partners and suppliers
* Take full ownership of the IT budget, ensuring ROI and cost discipline
* Build a lean, high-performing internal team over time
* Embed strong governance, risk management and operational controls
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating technology into business value
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a Head of IT / IT Director / senior technology leadership role
* Background in a high-growth, commercially driven environment
* Strong, hands‑on knowledge across:
o Infrastructure & IT operations
o ERP systems (selection, optimisation or transformation)
o Data platforms and modern architecture
o Cyber security and regulatory compliance
* Experience working with outsourced partners and vendors, holding them accountable
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
* Strong commercial instinct - able to simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders
* Comfortable starting as a standalone leader, building capability over time
* Excellent communicator, able to bridge technical and non-technical teams
