Customer Service Executive

We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Executive to work for a large and very successful financial services business. This is a hybrid role with 2/3 days based in the Slough office.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders within the asset finance industry.
The role will include:
* Liaising with internal and external customers by telephone, letter and email response
* Responding quickly and efficiently in a timely manner
* Keeping record up to date
* Working closely with the operational teams
* Pro-actively supporting teams members and delivering outstanding customer service
We are looking for someone who has experience in customer service ideally in financial services but this is not essential
