EXPERIENCED Sous Chef required to join our award winning team. Main duties would include preparing and serving bistro style food in a busy seaside pub / restaurant, ordering and maintaining stock records, strict adding to health, safety and cleanliness routines. Approx 33/35 hours per week to include day, evening & weekend shifts. Opportunities for extra shifts / overtime. Must have a flexible, enthusiastic attitude & be a team player. At least 2 years experience in a similar environment is essential. Due to location & hours own transport would be an advantage.
