Key Account Manager DSO – Straumann Group
We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our Enterprise Solutions team in the UK. This role is critical in driving the growth and success of our solutions within large chains of dental practices.

Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management – Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts in the dental industry; act as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries promptly.
* Business Development – Identify opportunities for expansion, engage with C‑Suite executives, negotiate with large purchasing organizations, and pursue new business opportunities in the UK market.
* Strategic Account Planning – Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with company objectives, set clear objectives and KPIs, and measure progress.
* Collaboration and Communication – Work closely with internal departments and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
* Technology Integration – Advocate for and facilitate the adoption of advanced dental solutions.
* Market Knowledge – Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions to position Straumann’s solutions.
Qualifications
* Proven sales experience, especially in consultative selling to large enterprise customers.
* Ability to provide strategic advice and insights to customers.
* Excellent stakeholder management, including C‑Suite engagement.
* Technical proficiency with practice management solutions.
* Results‑driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
* Strong knowledge of the dental industry.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field; advanced degree or certifications a plus.
