Job Description

The Controls & Performance Programme Advisory team specializes in providing strategic advisory to deliver business transformation and controls & performance services, covering strategy, setup, and optimization of controls, performance functions, or project/programme/portfolio management offices.

The Opportunity
We seek enthusiastic, talented, and proactive individuals passionate about delivering results for clients and supporting complex projects. Experience in Project Controls/Major Project and Programme Management is preferred.
Responsibilities
* Assess client environments, challenges, and utilize structured approaches to design and deliver solutions.
* Develop, implement, and optimize PMO and controls & performance strategies.
* Analyze, define, and report findings and recommendations across project stages.
* Lead workshops both virtually and face-to-face with client representatives.
* Work within diverse teams at client sites and virtually.
* Deploy and tailor methodologies, processes, tools, and systems, contributing to their continuous improvement.
* Work independently on workstreams, supporting your growth.
* Drive activities within the team, including developing transformation products and approaches.
* Engage in business development activities like bids and proposals, collaborating with senior management.
* Participate in marketing and social media campaigns.
* Mentor or line manage team members for development.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years’ experience in Project Controls, with relevant industry experience (Master’s degree or equivalent preferred).
* Experience with major capital projects covering roles within PMO/controls & performance (schedule, cost, risk, etc.) in infrastructure sectors or similar.
* Familiarity with capability/maturity assessments and digital solutions supporting controls & performance.
* Proficiency in report writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement, including C-suite interactions.
* Computer literacy in Office 365, Visio, Miro, Slack, Teams, and controls & performance software like Primavera, Power BI, etc.
* Experience with business transformation and change management is advantageous.
* Understanding of organizational design and target operating models in infrastructure delivery is advantageous.
* Certifications like APM, PMI, or similar are advantageous.
