Position: Static Mechanical Bias Building Services Engineer

Duration: Permanent
Salary: from £38,000 to £40,000
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer with a strong Mechanical Maintenance background
This position engineer will be working on a large static site based in Solihull.
The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial building services background. They need to have a strong background dealing with plant room maintenance, ahu’s and splits, plumbing works and basic electrical
This is a large static site, so a driving licence is not required. However, we do require a minimum of a level 2 building services qualification.
Requirements
* Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
* Mechanical knowledge
* Able to deal with the maintenance of splits and ahu’s
* Good plant room knowledge
* Flexible multi skilled engineer
* Must be willing to join the on call rota (one week in four)
