As a Housing Management Officer, you will manage the delivery of high-quality housing services for our clients aged 16 and above. You will play a vital role in ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and ready for new tenants—coordinating repairs, undertaking inspections, maintaining records, and assisting with tenancy transitions.
Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of high-quality housing services for clients aged 16 and above, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and ready for new tenants. This includes coordinating repairs, undertaking inspections, maintaining records, and assisting with tenancy transitions.
* Liaise with landlords to ensure properties are maintained to legal standards.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to housing services and tenancy management.
Qualifications
* Ability to liaise with landlords to ensure properties are maintained to legal standards.
* Organised with the ability to manage tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and other information systems.
* Hold a valid UK driving licence (or one permitting driving in the UK) and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
