Maintenance Surveyor
Cornwall
Contract Role, 8am-5pm, £27 – £32 per hour
Day to Day duties of the Maintenance Surveyor:
1. Carry out day to day repair/ Damp and mould surveys for social housing stock
2. Providing technical advice and ensuring compliance with building regulations and health & safety requirements.
3. Building strong working relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
4. Write up technical reports, giving recommendations for completing works.
Requirements for the role (Skills & Qualifications):
5. Have experience carrying out housing maintenance surveys in a social housing setting
6. Relevant qualifications / experience in building surveying
7. Knowledge of upcoming legislations surrounding the building surveying industry
8. Experience with damp and mould
