We’re supporting an award winning international wealth management platform that is expanding its Operations team and looking for an Operations Executive to join their growing Bath-based office.
This business provides innovative online technology that empowers professional advisers to manage investments for internationally mobile clients, expats, and trustees. Their platform offers access to a wide range of investment options, including GIAs, ISAs, and SIPPs, as well as portfolio management tools and investment services.
What you’ll be doing:
As an Operations Executive, you’ll play a key role in the heart of the business - ensuring advisers and clients receive an exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing and prioritising day-to-day operational tasks, including payments, transfers, withdrawals, and client instructions
* Managing client account changes, including residency updates, adviser appointments, and platform set-ups
* Investigating and resolving queries, ensuring clients receive timely, compliant, and accurate outcomes
* Supporting operational risk management by escalating incidents, contributing to root cause analysis, and embedding preventative measures
* Helping to improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and deliver great customer outcomes in line with Consumer Duty
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years’ experience in payments, transfers, or wider banking/financial operations
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* An interest in financial services, investments, and wealth management
