Wyre Forest Health Partnership - up to 6 Sessions - based at Stourport Medical Centre
The Wyre Forest Health Partnership (WFHP) is a large GP Partnership serving the Wyre Forest area. The Partnership has 5 practices in Kidderminster and the surrounding areas, serving 73,000 patients.
With practices in Kidderminster, Bewdley, Stourport, and Hagley, WFHP covers both urban and semi-rural communities. The successful applicants will be based at Stourport Medical Centre, a modern, well-established practice with opportunities for cross-organizational collaboration.

Main duties of the job
We support the development of specialist clinical interests. Our team includes salaried and partner GPs who serve as clinical leads. There are also opportunities for leadership and business development within the organization.
1. Each routine session is capped at 15 patient contacts.
2. No home visits; dedicated home visiting is led by Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs).
3. Six weeks of annual leave plus bank holidays.
4. One guaranteed week of paid study leave annually.
5. We have an innovative back-room system to minimize reviewing long-term condition blood results or clinical letters.
6. All GPs are provided with a laptop; flexible working arrangements are supported.
7. Support from a multidisciplinary team including pharmacists, physiotherapists, and care coordinators.
8. Experienced triage GPs handle appointment bookings, ensuring all patient contacts are appropriate for GPs.
9. Regular funded away days for teaching, providing opportunities to meet other salaried GPs across the Partnership.
10. Structured induction tailored to the candidate's needs.
11. Ongoing educational meetings and supervision, both on-site and across the Partnership.
12. Salary from £10,500 per session per annum, dependent on experience.
13. Performance-related pay and appraisal structure.
14. MDU indemnity costs reimbursed by the Partnership.
